Registration and Manual Authentication

To connect to your VoIP channels using registration and authentication, configure your client or IP phone with the credentials sent upon signup.

SIP Server Address: sip.yeg.tel
Username:
Your username is your primary 11-digit phone number, such as 17808099990. If you have multiple numbers, your pilot number is used for your login.
Password: Provided when you signed up for service. If you lost your password, please contact us.

Static IP Authorization

We always prefer you set up static IP authentication with us if you are using a PBX phone system. This helps to prevent toll-fraud by ensuring your configured IP is the only one using your account.

To configure your outbound calling, configure your client with your username and select the static IP authentication option. You will not need a password when using this method.
When using static IP Authentication, we manually register your PBX with our switch. This means we only and always send calls to the configured IP address. You do not need to register with us to receive calls when using this method.
