What is ALLOWED and what is NOT ALLOWED?

Our Privacy Policy is strict. We work hard to protect you, your company, and your personal/corporate data.

We only respond to and observe Canadian law, unless otherwise required to provide a service. As such, any legal activities are allowed and protected on our infrastructure, so long as it is not harming our network, infrastructure, or another customer's legitimate activity.

This means we allow and do not otherwise restrict Torrents, IRC, Proxy, or VPN traffic. We also accept adult content and fringe or unpopular opinions. So far as any such content is legal in Canada. We believe in free speech for all and our corporate political stance is centrist/libertarian.  We do not bow to pressures from outside parties other than via a warrant or other such action via Canadian Law Enforcement. If you are outside of Canada, your content is stored and protected under Canadian Law while hosted with us. We will fight to protect your rights under the law as long as your account is not outstanding and is current at the time of any actions or proceedings. If your account is not current, you risk termination in the event of any legal action or proceeding. We do not defend unpaid accounts for any reason.

We will include you in any legal processes, to the best of our ability, as a result of your usage of our services before we issue a termination.

ANY Illegal/crime activities such as Spamming, Phishing, Scamming, Mining, Attacks, Network Scanning, Trojans, DDOS attacking, and any other illegal activity is NOT allowed. Any violation will result in immediate termination without any prior notice.
